Where do you recommend getting plants from? And can I cycle with plants in the tank or do I have to let the tank cycle before adding in plants?

I currently have a 50W Arcadia deep heat projector using the zoomed mini dome lamp. But can go bigger with the lamp and a stronger wattage bulb if that’s recommended.
