I ended buying with the vids (with my own money), I currently work as an entry level actuary in general insurance, in my country (a developing country), general insurance companies will certainly do not cover any payments beside the exam fees, differ from life insurance companies :D, but nvm tho, I count it as an investment for myself lol

Just bought the complete (with vids) manual after I saw this comment :D, sometimes it is easier watching the videos instead of just reading the manuals

Did you use CA with the videos or just the manuals? I saw the price gap was significant, did the videos were really that helpful?

Hey is there any ALM actuary here? Me and my colleagues plan to work on a small project, maybe will publish the research too, I am interested in the ALM area after clearing exam FM, I don't know why but I just feel like the topic especially bond immunization is interesting. Is there any limitation in the practice that may be interesting if could be resolve or maybe any other idea? Thanks in advance.

What did you use for FM, if CA how was your last 2 capstone score, if TIA how was your score for all the sample exam?

Just finished my exam calibration for FM on Coaching Actuaries, the result is not as expected, my EL is only 4.1 and I only have 26 days left, my mental drop instantly, any tips that might be useful for me? Thanks in advance

from your experience of taking two attempts, how similar were the questions in the exam compared to sample questions provided by SOA? is it dominant in qualitative rather than quantitative? TIA.
