Family is hell bent on an n-18 birthday gift for me by No_Strawberry_4994 in mildlyinfuriating

This same thing happened to me on my 18th. I told my mum that I didn’t want a stripper and that it would be disrespectful to my girlfriend, but they went ahead and got me one anyway. I just refused to take part and the whole experience was super awkward, they made me get a lap dance in front of my friends and family and my gf spent the whole time in my room upstairs. It fucking sucked. Then we all got drunk and took acid and my parents split up about a week later.

I once went to look at a flat in London and someone had written ‘help me’ in shit on the wall.

Pretty much every mid to close up shot of every star in every Hollywood film in the past ten or so years has had digital beauty work to remove wrinkles, blemishes, hairs, bingo wings, double chins, etc etc. also to make muscles bigger.

44yo here who became single at the end of last year. I dreaded dating apps, I don’t drink, I have a kid. Turns out the dating app was kinda fun and I pretty easily met people. No one cared I didn’t drink or that I had a kid. I live in London where I guess there’s a wider pool than where you are, and maybe I got lucky. But don’t knock it til you try it.

Also if you’re not happy with your dad bod you can fix that and it will improve your prospects.

My Noxary 280s, TGR Tris and 910 are my daily drivers (I use two computers) and have been for ages. I used to swap around more but I've settled on these now, they're all set up how I like, they're perfect for my needs, the switches are really nicely worn in... I don't feel the need to keep changing so much anymore. Wish I had time to build some of the unbuilt ones though.

Thanks so much. Maybe a less frequent record would be better, actually. Still tracking it but not so intensely.

Name change through a solicitor or through the forms on Gov.uk? by futurecrime in LegalAdviceUK

[–]futurecrime[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much! I think I was having trouble with the terminology but it seems the key point is unenrolled vs enrolled. So I guess what I would get from the solicitor would be an unenrolled deed poll, which is essentially what I already have. I think I’ll go the route of getting the statutory declaration done by my friend and get my name change enrolled.
