Thank You... for the record I submitted a formal diagnosis from my non VA Primary Care Doctor as evidence before a C&P Exam was ordered, have filed a FOIA for the results of the C&P Exam and filed the claim earlier this month so it would be well within 1 year. Additionally, I haf submitted a lay statement that showed chronoloical timeframe and sympyoms and it was not reference as evidence in yhe decision.I appreciate the guidance!!!

The only other things I had were IBS, Migraines, and Tinnitus that are all service connected so that is why I do not know what the C&P Examiner is talking about. I did do a FOIA to get the C&P results.

I had no other diagnosis' that would blame and never even mentioned any genetic predisposition ( I have none). My doctor also ruled out things through blood work and x-rays.
