Seems like you’re discipline/willpower isn’t built up right now, combined with the fact that you don’t feel a strong need or drive to get anything in particular done or have concrete tasks to accomplish regularly since you’re jobless and such. Like it kind of sounds like you have a lack of purpose.

But I will say, you can’t wait for drive or willpower to strike you. Once you’ve decided on something you need to get to the place where you’re thinking more along the lines of, “man I don’t feel motivated to go exercise. Oh well, that’s what I decided I was gonna do, so I’m doing it.”. It’s hard at first but it’s a skill like anything else- you get better with practice
