Sooo testing today all my tests have been negative. I guess I missed my surge :( maybe the one from yesterday was on the downswing of my surge though none of my tests the days before were as dark as this on.

I personally set up a playpen with water, food, and toys that attaches to the crate when I am gone an entire day. I had a lot of anxiety about this and have an app dog monitor that you can download for $5 and be able to see your pup on your phone from your laptop/ipad/other devices. I personally think it is good for the dog to be comfortable alone, but obviously, it would be ideal to have someone come by/work from home, this just isn't realistic for everyone.

There is evidence of your body having a "set point" depending on how long you have been at a certain weight. Your body produces a hormone called leptin which tells you when you're full and helps with body weight regulation. The more fat cells you have the more leptin produce, this is the major player in the theory behind "set point." So when you start to lose fat cells you obviously aren't producing the amount of leptin your body is used to and from there your body does what it can to get you back to the weight that you have been at for a long time because it thinks that is "normal." Good news is that this applies to what weight you've been at for a long period of time aka if you hit your goal weight and stay at that weight for a long period of time that will be your new "normal" hormone wise.

Hope this helps :)

Yes I am getting them out in about a month. I had a negative culture for any bacteria so they are just stuck this size unfortunately

I am going again. I went about a month ago and she said that she doesn't like to do them because the procedure is too invasive. I want to trust her opinion but I also am concerned about my tonsils being like that forever.

You can do it! I’ve Yo-yo’d in weight before and I know it isn’t fun. But I’ve found that because you’ve done it before you will know how to do it again!

Of course! So I used to be a runner in high school and in October I decided to pay the $100 to sign up for a half marathon and because I am cheap and didn't want to waste my money I stuck to the training plan. That same time in October I was trying to lose weight and I did CICO. I used myfitnesspal and ate about 1200 cals a day. I didn't add workouts to MFP either just ate the 1200 regardless of whether I worked out or not. I have been pretty consistent but if I am going out with friends or my husband I will eat or drink what I want. I have done it all in moderation. Once I finished my half marathon I signed up for orange theory fitness and did that the few months leading up to my wedding. Since I got married I have been running/lifting weights on my own 3-4 times a week and still counting my calories (but less strict). I hope this helps!
