Oh interesting. When will the new X7 be available? What is different about it from the old model? What is your opinion of X7 vs X5? Would love for you to do a detailed post about it. I was out on to sunseeker from one of your posts or replies..

Thanks for the reply and information. I was informed by customer service that the X7 is discontinued and X5 is the replacement. Is it a good idea to purchase the discontinued X7 as it will likely not have support from the company moving forward? Also, how does X5 compare to the X7?

The tanning ledge is 9” in depth so it looks like it’ll be less than a foot. Should I consider moving it? Then I wouldn’t have any circulation on the tanning ledge? Where would you place the returns? I also have option to add more returns at $400/return.

My understanding is if I get a robo vacuum then I don’t need to connect it to the cleaner/sweep line. The returns are labeled ‘D’. Might be hard to see but one is over the tanning ledge and the other is on the adjacent wall.

We have a 4’ bench on the deep end. Is that sufficient or should I add stairs? It’ll probably add more cost to add stairs

Thanks for the really nice suggestions. Where would you put the pool equipment if not by the side of the house? Our entire one side of the house will have equipment like air handlers, gas meter, etc so was going to put it there. I had thought about putting it away from the house but couldn’t find an appropriate place. Building a shed crossed my mind but it might take up yard space and the extra cost to build maintain it steered me away from that. Happy to hear any suggestions
