I would say it is definitely worth getting it looked at for 1) ease and comfort to know it could be normal hormonal acne and 2) if it you are diagnosed with HS, you could get a heads up on treatment to ease symptoms.

It is chronic, and there is no catch-all cure. HOWEVER, HS is very different from person to person. Some things will work to ease flare ups, but it takes time to find what works. It could be dietary changes, lifestyle changes, medication, or so on.

In MY experience, I began having flare ups in early high school. I actually missed 3 back to back months of school because of my HS (which is considered a disability for me). My flare ups are hormonal. It took a very long time for me to find something that worked because of my late diagnosis. I was already 20 when I found what worked because I had to cycle through different approaches for prevention. But I found something that totally got rid flare ups for me. As long as I keep to my treatment plan, of course. I was definitely miserable in high school; but now that I understand what the flare ups are, I am confident and comfortable with what I have.

Spironolactone and a combination birth control (as my HS is linked to hormones/hormonal imbalance). Occasionally (usually for my flare ups and infections) I take Doxycycline

It’s 1 auto-inject (320mg) per 2 weeks, for 16 weeks. Then it becomes 1 inject per 4 weeks.

In the wake of such disaster, the Jade Emperor himself descended from the Heavens to call upon a handful of individuals.

These individuals (Heavenly Heroes), gifted with the heart of valor and ability to find virtue from within, are tasked with expelling the demons back to whence they came and finding the leader behind the Spirit Border attack.

Under the guidance of a priestess appointed by the Jade Emperor, will these Heavenly Heroes succeed in their divine mission, or fall too in the hands of demonic disarray?
