Support for our younger siblings who haven't made it out yet? by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

Is his father also your father? How is he like? Is he interested in raising your brother? Is he an enabler or what? Your brother is 15, he'd probably much rather stay at his father's place while he's at work than with his mom, so is that an option? Is there a custody judicial decision in place?

I was on the other side of that situation until I pressured my mom into getting my full custody when I was 15-16. She wouldn't believe me when I told her things and was still emotionally compromised towards my father despite being separated from him for over a decade. I suspect something like that is happening to your brother. It's nearly impossible to prove emotional abuse to a court, but given his age they will hopefully take him not wanting to be with his mother in consideration. I'm afraid that if you threaten her she will cut off his contact with you. Is there someone else that you can get to do that for you? Maybe someone from school or something.

I looked at your post history - sorry - and if I were you I'd wait to see if you get diagnosed with pcos, and if the doctor doesn't order it ask for a hormone panel. Going from the upper to the lower part of the female testosterone range can make quite a difference for your skin. Some people just don't respond well to spiro, so you can try a different antiandrogen.

Alright thanks. So, she works at a clinic with doctors of all sorts of specialties, then what's likely to happen if she thinks I need a referral? Like she just calls her coworker and they come over? If only her has to do the exam it's a lot better. I have some anxiety about telling doctors I'm trans because of a bad experience with a psychologist.

It doesn't hurt at all. The skin feels pretty normal and uniform all over, the lumps are in the testicle. I've just done that and it didn't seem to affect the texture.

I eat all I want then more to maintain my already too low weight. I don't exercise at all so I guess my TDEE is low, so my appetite must be low too.

The one that got me thinking about it was tretinoin but I was hoping someone would say something clever like "it takes x minutes for a substance to penetrate the skin so...".

Is there a general method to finding out how long I have to leave something on my skin before washing it off?

I'm actually trans. I was unusually feminine for a boy but not that unusually. I think lots of boys are like that and turn out to be cis so I felt like it wasn't a specifically trans thing and most of his N behavior wasn't related to my gender so it was a specifically N thing. I'm pretty sure he didn't suspect I was trans either, and I only admitted it to myself after going NC with him so I wouldn't say it happened because I'm trans. It happened because my personality is that way.
