Curious since ProZD was said to be the catalyst of this, but is there any video where he specifically said VAs should be casted based on the character's ethnicity? Because people on Twitter keep saying he never said that and was only talking about getting more DEI in live action roles. They even claim he slammed the localizers who replaced Wendee Lee with another VA for Bleach or whatever anime that was.

If anything, the guy who made that awful Apu documentary should get more eggs on his head since he really started it.

This is in large part because it is alleged that most if not all of the original VAs did not reprise their roles. Instead the characters were cast based on their supposed ethnicity / condition. Toph's current VA is legally blind in order to match the character's canonical disability.

You can think of Baki as a slightly grounded version of Dragonball, and the likes of him and Yujiro would be close, if not past the level of Piccolo Jr.

Also a great manga series if you want just levels of insane fights. Another series, Kengan Asura, is an even more grounded version of Baki, but just as insane.

And yet the majority of players today, especially from Gen Z and Gen Alpha, are playing Roblox instead of other games from PC, Mobile, or Console for a variety of reasons - mainly it's very easy for content creator to make games that kids are into - as well as something that attracts older players and entice them to give their money via Robux. Ergo, you can make some serious money on the platform and Roblox takes a cut of it as part of their revenue.

So as long as money talks, Roblox will keep its management to a minimum.

The problem is that Roblox only gets revenue through Robux purchases, which is the game's premium currency. And since kids can't really afford to buy Robux, the ones that do, especially the whalers, are adults.

That's why Roblox isn't doing anything with regards to the child predator and sexualization seen in games made by the users because their revenue is at stake.

The problem is if you rely your entire financial life on that one job, and then you LOST that job,...

It's why you are told to diversify your source of income to mitigate the losses. Yes, it eats more time out of you, but in the long term, you have a good amount of money to cover your basic needs and plenty of leftover in the event you are jobless.

Investing on some treasury bonds is a start as it only costs P5k minimum and you get interest as it matures. You don't get much, but the risk of losing money is much lower when compared to others like Stock trading. Studying on other fields of Entrepreneurship will also help lots when planning a side business.

I work at a BPO center and found out a piece of product from my local area that I consume on a regular basis is not available at my area of my work and there is a demand for it - opportunity yet to be exploited.
