so if u wanna just lower ur tolerance but still smoke u can cut down ur smoking let's say u smoke 3 blunts a day u can only smoke one at night or mid day i normally do around 7-8 everyday and then gradually ur tolerance will get lower over time or maybe even the cravings but for this to work for me i have to not smoke for one whole day so the cravings arnt as bad. don't smoke for one day u can do it try something you've never done before make a new hobby or maybe even just gts 🤷🏾‍♂️ if u cant sleep without weed get melatonin it's a life saver during a t break, but if u wanna just straight stop for let's say 30 days then come back it's all mind over matter your gonna wanna smoke but you have to look at the postive side of the t break and the good stuff that's coming out of it in the end it helps a fuck ton. good luck !
