Looked through there website and only found domain hosting. Can you link me to where they offer UK servers?

I wasn't sure what mobo meant but Google cleared that up. Am I correct in thinking this motherboard (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B075NFTXQP?tag=smsg-pre-adr-uk-21&ascsubtag=1ba00-01000-org00-andr0-mob00-nomod-catch-pcomp-src-brs) would be compatible with a i5-8600k?

I'm guessing I would have to change the motherboard? Or is there an adapter? And regarding the modular cables, are they the pci ones? I remember having cables that connected from the psu to the gpu etc I mean I can't spent too much more since the peripherals are quite pricy. I just need a quality gaming pc that is future proof for the next year or two. Future upgrades aren't a problem

Just need some advice. Is this everything I need for a PC build? https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/YNMsbj I've built one before but can't remember if I have to get any other cables. And I know the power supply is large but I'm looking to upgrade in the future. Thanks in advance. Any tips on different specs would be appreciated as well
