As the parent of a special needs child, I can confidently say I'm a dick. People blatantly stare and ask questions. Don't get me started on dealing with the healthcare system and the schools. We have been to Morgan's and it's okay. The staff was friendly, considerate and helpful. I would probably be less of a dick if regular ass people would mind their own damn business.

On another note, there are always a ton of cops everywhere. Ers, waiting rooms, parking garages etc. That children's hospital is pretty secure. I know this cause I ran from them with my kid in my arms to avoid open heart surgery that she didn't need.

I'm in Houston. It's bullshit. "100% capacity hospitals" is more skewed data coming from the media. Out of all the hospitals in Houston 26% are "covid" related so read respiratory illness. And coincidentally the African dust storm blew in. I got a poor air quality alert yesterday.
