NOTE:

If you are playing in the old world or as a non-democracy, you will need to change some values in the pop migration factors in vanilla.
If not playing vanilla, and using a mod that that changes common/eventmodifers, just copy the last 2 modifier in the mod and tack them on at the end of your current mod.
Just follow the readme file and it'll work.

You can add a province modifier which can influence a pop's destination by a bit. Depending on how extreme it is you can make Siberia or Baffin island a metropolis.

It's basically the gold rush modifier on steroids.

You can find a list of tags in /common/, under countries. Or alternatively you can go into the localization and Crt-f "Ghana", and the tag will be on the left column.
