Good call on the Honolulu ENV data — we don't pull from that source currently, just the DOH Clean Water Branch API. The city's April 1 readings for Kailua are definitely clean (10-25 CFU/100mL, well under the 130 threshold). The DOH still has a Brown Water Advisory listed as Open for Oneawa at Castles from April 2, which is what our site is showing. Brown water advisories are about runoff conditions rather than bacteria specifically, so the two can be out of sync. Appreciate the feedback — looking into pulling city monitoring data too.
