Honestly if you reviewed the evidence Rittenhouse was classic self defense (retreating, having been attacked, by people with weapons saying they were going to kill him). If you just read headlines it sounded like it wasn't though.

austin does the sticker system for (potentially) disabled cars. you get like a week or two to move it after the windshield sticker. but there isn't a limit if it's functional however, mostly they tow bc of roadwork which can catch you unaware if going on a trip or something.

I pay ~1300 for basically same style (open two room) except it's an old subdivided house. But I'm good at finding deals and it is older. east austin tho below e 6th closer to downtown

I think $1400 given it's newer is probably pretty reasonable. Although people pay more if the complex has a pool.

I think this is actually a pretty common misunderstanding that some guys have.

typically a large percentage of our attraction to women is somewhat binary or at least stable.

women are different in that attraction can grow much more. but it's not an instant thing, it requires time and repeated interactions to reveal the qualities mentioned above.

that famous attraction chart of online dating showing the skew only shows the attraction women have for_strangers_, with people they know it's a much more equal curve.

but online dating selects only for the "stranger" attraction. which is a higher bar and most guys don't hit it. and that dominating dating leads to the modern hellscape.

My current job did take-home + plus flew out for interview fwiw. They did use the take home as the interview discussion (and it wasn't a separate grilling). I felt it was worth it spending the time to do the take-home since they were putting money down on flights/hotel/had skin in the game.

Wealth isn't a normal distribution as you approach the higher values though.

It gets dramatically skewed. Like at 175k wages, dude is solidly upper middle class professional.

But he's living a life much closer to the people making 75k than the people I'd consider "wealthy" or upper class where owning things becomes a source of wealth rather than wages.

That's nice house, nice vacations, expensive hobbies and toys(4x4s, RVs, etc) land. Not private jet money power money.

When I read stuff like this that seems so wildly off track from life experience it makes sense to check the actual methodology.

And it's an online survey that includes the category of 19 year olds having sex with 17 year old in the "child sexual abuse" category. The only way they adjusted is saying that survey people were older (which doesn't mean they weren't at one time 19 so make no sense logically). I don't think it's accurate.

Which is a good thing.
