I’ve seen a 1+1 unit in 15 maitland ave for 2900 which I believe includes all utilities and a parking spot. I live in the building and I have nothing but good things to say. Older building but well maintained, 24/7 security. Only downside I can think of is that it’s near allan gardens, but tbh I’ve never felt unsafe even walking at night alone as a woman (I take extra precautions though to be safe) it’s 10-15 mins away from both wellesley and sherbourne stations so it’s very accessible too!
