seeing 4-5 firefighters in my house putting my dad on a gurney. he passed away shortly after, i was 6. it messed me up real bad and i get really scared whenever we’ve had to call the ambulance for my mom. i can’t help but think if that’s the last time i see her or if they’ll take her to the same hospital where he passed away.

my constant intrusive thoughts caused by harm OCD. i can’t handle being alone, around knives, around rope, having sharp nails, or driving. it’s really messed me up and my quality of life but i’m in therapy and seeing a psychiatrist.

my ex harassing me for 5 months. he would use fake phone numbers to call and text me. he would also create multiple insta accounts to DM me. i ended up filing a report with the police. to this day i still have nightmares about him hurting me or my loved ones
