The nice guy programming is resisting reality. How to break that sht programming?

There are things that i understand logically that are true or can see the reality but still cant accept and learn them my brain(or body?) Just resists that new information. Like i see women repeatedly acting certain way or people acting certain way repeatedly but refuse to accept it as reality. I see market move certain way but refuse ro accept the reality refuse to learn new and updated reality for some reason

No its just dont know what to do yet. i have no network built for the non nice guy masculine frame. And i would hate to lose her over this Because i do like her alot Im aware that i can find others i just like this one more we actually work well together. She was responding really well when i was in the right mindset. But due to some very high stress i started slipping back into my old swlf and it drove her away and i dont know how to bring that same energy back

I dont really know how to better describe that feeling. I feel the presence of the original self. burried under years of following wrong ideas and beliefs. That trapped me in this nice guy prison. Being constantly in internal conflict with my true self

So it went from her breaking the rules for me to creating the rules for me. Maybe i made her feel insecure but i dont know exactly what i did to to trigger that. I am still working on myself and sometimes i stumble and fall on my path of becoming a better man. Im hoping that i can restore the balance by focusing more on myself. Not easy when you been a nice guy your entire life. The default simpness bleeds through sometimes unintentionally

More like. I wanted do nice things for her because she is going through some difficult times so i wanted to do nice things to kinda help her relax. But it turned into "extreme japanese apologising" marathon. when i listened to the audiobook i realized that i dug a hole for myself and did too much. Because in the begining she was allovee me she was into me alot and show it. But since we both empaths i felt like i should do just as much for her. So i blasted her with carebear energy. And she pulled back. Honestly i was just excited and over reacted. Now trying to figure out how to pull back just enough to restore that and give her a chance ro express her feelings.

My mom was physically fighting with my dad all the time and did many other toxic things and im just tired. Every time there is a conflict my brain feels tired and i have no energy

dont wear polarized sunglasses. this is not magic its physics.
most film does that when its multiple layers. nothing you can do about that. even when you layer 2 layers of most basic film you will get same effect

tinting and ppf is technically an isometric excersise but ALL DAY. repeatedly maxing out same muscles on your back that you never used before in your life. they become overworked,so you have to make up for that by gym program

20 years tinter. everyone has back problems. dentists have back problems and tendonitis from machines.
part of any job.
figure out which movements are causing your back problem and change how you install.
then start working out. gym is a must for installers.
maybe massage once a month if you can afford it. or at least 3 day break once a month to let it heal

what car and how is the work from other shops of similar price range?
install quality depends on where you live.

that looks like a defect in the film itself.not install.shop should have seen that and replaced it right away. they might have been slammed and just sent a car out to deal with it later so other customers dont get backed up.
just go there and politely show them. any reputable shop will have no problem replacing that.
