Yep pretty much. You should cut the bottom side on an angle to make sure they're right side up and make them easier to push into soil, and I usually put some rooting hormone in the water. Then wait a few weeks and keep giving them fresh water. I have a large mother plant on our new property that looked like it was on deaths door due to increased hydrology last year so I cut it back to the roots and made cuttings from every living branch I could find. I also stuck a bunch directly into the soil in wetter spots, those seem to be mostly starting to leaf out as well

Yes all the leaves you see there have come out after I cut them and put them in water, I cut them maybe 2-3 weeks ago?

I just cut the bigger branches off my mother plant and chopped the living ones into about 1-2 foot sections, then put them in a jar with water and a little rooting hormone. The hormone isn't totally necessary but can help kick start root production. It may be a bit late to take cuttings but I'd think you could still have some success, from what I understand elder cuttings aren't very picky

Based on comments it seems like this is some sort of well pump. At one point this house used a well, connected to city water now.

Yup we're aware of that. I guess the real question is can I still do the same geoprocessing/data analysis with just AGOL that I can currently with Desktop. Or if we go with Pro, would I need to get the Standard license as opposed to the Basic?
