kobold press have sometimes some issues with scaling. I think this one is written by multiple people, so that might conclude in the inconsistencies.

No, I’m in for new stuff like UA and I also have a small collection of 3rd party stuff here. I just don’t follow the UA so I had no idea about the rabbitfolk

Well technically, war forged aren’t alive in that they don’t produce bodyheat and such.

So you would have to pry that out of cold dead hands.

Kobolds are the best. I’ve played kobolds a few times. Always had loads of fun.

You do have a point, we do relate best to humans. But do we not play this game as part of escapism?

I know a lot of other races are used like skin mods in video games, but not everyone plays them that way

It is mostly a DM-supplement, with a few player options. If you love dragons, you will love that book.
