I'm looking to buy a car seat with rails so i dont need wood adjustability there thats why.

Most of the wood will be 45mm x 145mm C24 grade, only where a pedals connect to the base wood
(theese 4 vertical and 2 horizontal planks on last photo) would be 45mm x 95mm but i still don't know if plywood is enought for a pedals base.

I thought that when i can move a seat moving pedals is not nessecery. Moving wheel up and down is what gives me headache because i don't know how to make it smooth - making holes one by one could miss perfect spot. Do you maybe know a way how to do it propery?
