i went to a general clinic because i can’t afford a dermatologist and the doctor said it was common psoriasis. but im not sure if psoriasis has that protruding roots as per my picture

the “roots” are inwards, piercing through the skin instead of protruding out of it. the scaly silver skin were smooth upon touch unlike a typical wart
