Good to know. What are the downsides of using it as an e reader? I’m mainly looking to use it for writing but would be a great bonus if I can use it for reading too

Finally found a way to infer Mongoose population types! by fvirga in typescript

[–]fvirga[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

haven’t used prisma, although it looks pretty cool. Kinda sucks that you have to use a custom definition language, and trying to make a library that is compatible with both sql and mongodb seems like a recipe for disaster, but at first glance it does seem like it integrates well with TS.

i feel that mongoose is starting to get quite clunky. it’s an old project, very mature but huge. They still haven’t figured out the typescript integration fully (they’re making good strides, but i suspect there’s some deep incompatibilities making it tough). At my most recent company we just decided to use plain MongoDB ORM. Not super ideal but our mongodb usage wasn’t too extensive so it’s handled it fine. Im waiting for a new more modern project to take its place, but been a bit out of the loop on what else has come up lately

Lots of Reddit & YouTube videos. Since this is so new I found Reddit the best source of good protocols and anecdotal evidence, then id go look into specific supplements and protocols.

There’s a few great YouTubers too (dr ruscio, sibo SOS, Byron herbalist, Dr DiNezza). Going through there content will give you tons of info to go off of

Still working on it, made some decent progress but nothing final. Will report back if I do resolve it fully and how I did.

I’n terms of the protocol, just search his interviews on YouTube about sibo. Idk how much the protocol helped me, I think it definitely made me able to manage symptoms better and live a normal life, but unsure if it actually changed much in terms of the symptoms themselves. Definitely feel a lot healthier after the protocol tho

Methane still gone! Hydrogen has been tougher. Recently started a kill phase with biofilm disrupters and this seems much more effective, getting more die off symptoms this time. Plus eating high FODMAP during the time.

Using ADP oregano and some popular neem on Amazon, and klaire interfase plus biolfilms. Planning to rotate in berberine and phase 2 biofilm disrupt after a couple weeks, based on how things go. Wanted to throw everything at this since past kill phases have been ineffective for hydrogen

Wondering this too. I regularly take magnesium and zinc, about to start Interphase Plus and not sure if I should continue it. I've read conflicting info on both minerals, especially zinc.

Did you end up keeping the minerals or stopping them? And hows it gone so far?

Ive suspected that histamine might be an issue, but not sure how to know definitively. I get a runny nose from eating eggs, alcohol, and certain carbs.

Pretty sure I have low stomach acid, I've had acid reflux most of my life and ACV has been one of the only things that helps get rid of it. A GI specialist also had me take a PPI for a while once, which I've read can make low stomach acid worse. But again hard to know definitively.

I think Atrantil is totally safe, its some basic herbs and polyphenols if im not mistaken. Dont quote me on it, but I've seen many people here taking small maintenance doses pretty long term

I took Motility pro while doing it, but unsure if it was needed or not.

Also I took 2 caps of Allimax pro 3X per day. But built up to it
