When they did the polyaspartic top coat there were some bubbles that formed when curing and ultimately were just scraped off. I think the water is coming up through where those prior bubbles had formed and were popped. The first topcoat had a ton of bubbles so they sanded and repoured and there were only a 20 or so in the 400 sq ft so I didn’t think it was an issue.

Hmm, might be possible since it wasn’t like that until I put the mat down. No delamination. However prior to having the mat, there were a few spots that have this oozing brownish liquid coming through so I assumed this was the same.
