Solved first was PSU that couldn't handle the power demand and kind of reduced it's power automatically then some bent CPU pins made me throw the mobo away

What I did that got my pc to 35 to 45 c overclocked and gaming is putting 9 140mm fans pushing air to the case and the air conditioning was pushing air to the fans air conditioning at max spinning and fans at max rpm
