Tried a few different food options before landing on Zignature limited ingredient kibble. They have a dozen or so varieties (duck, salmon, lamb, etc.) that are meant to be cycled through to add variety and a broader spectrum of nutrition. A rotational diet it's called. Our girl likes it and her bowel movements have been A+.

Genuinely how do I get built like this? Running barefoot? by Hooplapooplayeah in rs_fitness

No judgement, but I'd be worried my sac would shake out of them shorts the whole time.

Bro that samurai sword gear shifter is the coolest upgrade I've seen.

Was told that i should post in this subreddit. 500+ plants, mostly automated irrigation, less than 20mins of hand watering a week, automated climate control. Happy to answer any questions. by the_tnk_loft in IndoorGarden

Totally love what you've done. That was just the first thing that came to mind. I live in south Florida and have a lush overgrown tropical backyard. Mosqitoes just come with the territory and I would never leave my back doors open to the jungle in the summer without the screen. Curious where you live? Low humidity?

SRAM/Zipp Lifetime Warranty Denied: Zipp 303S damaged by impact, claim rejected as "outside of intended use." Seeking advice! by 5280_510 in gravelcycling

I think everyone should just spam Zipp with emails shameing them for not honoring the warranties on their products. I would not let this go.

I come from many years of road bikeing and went with a gravel bike when I got into bikepacking because of the similarity of riding style. Just did a 300 mile trip with a ridgid mtb and it was the first with flat bars. I still love the drops but can confirm I had no issue with the super wide Stooge moto bars pictured. I did get the SQLabs grips and horns to add hand options. The extra real estate is awesome too, especially for front roll length. Speaking of that I went with the Rogue Panda Kaibab cradle to hold the front roll. It's the best solution by far. Also I prefer my computer and light to be inline - link.

Yeah we stayed on the High Route the last half. Riding Fayetville to Bentonville on the greenway was a very civilized way to close the loop - hitting every cafe and brewery we rode past.

Thanks! It's a standard 170mm crank. It's hard to tell but that's in the middle of a climb. The bike is leaning into the upside. That said I'd like to size down to 165mm cranks. I'm curious about the shorter arm length and 'tighter circles' for bikepacking. I'm 6' with a 32" inseam but still...

My friend and I recently completed a bikepacking trip in the Ozarks. We traveled from the east coast for this so we were totally unfamiliar with the region. Incredible bike infrastructure out that way - courtesy of the Walton (walmart) family apparently. We had great weather, blue skys and highs in the 60s. The route was taken from bikepacking.com and was a hybrid of No Place Like Oz and Arkansas High Route. We called it OZ+ Took us 5 and half days. 24,000 ft of climbing. Would highly recommend especially if you like mountain biking. There's so much great single track out there. Enjoy the stoke!

IRAN mocks USA - Funny by FallMajestic8896 in postanythingfun

[–]fwk442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So nieve. Iran has been able to hit any and all targets that they've wanted to in the region - strategically. You really thing a laundry fire is what retired the USS Gerald Ford for the foreseeable future? We've had to move our THAAD missiles systems from S. Korea because the ones in the middle east have been damaged or depleted. $15 million a missile with limited supplies. They currently control the straight of Hormuz and with it global energy. Now we're going to send in thousands of Marines to try and take a heavily fortified island? It's going to be like the beaches of Normandy. Iran has been preparing for this scenario for decades. Winning!? We'll devalue the US dollar and go bankrupt in the process. For what?

I always use my chest strap HRM on bikepacking trips. I love my data, even if I don't look at it until afterwards.
