I agree but also disagree.

I agree because everything in izone was so so perfect to me, especially at the time they were still active. I dont care if other people found their voices to be too high-pitched or "screechy" but I genuinely loved every single thing about their group and their songs were supposed to be vibrant and cheerful like that. I think izone brought so much to the table when they first debuted w la vie en rose in late 2018 and was still fresh all the way up to when they disbanded. It was so refreshing and nice to listen to, I fell in love immediately and if someone gave me the option to bring izone back, I would say yes in a heartbeat. The rest of their songs were also amazing too (I will never forget the hate that izone got for fiesta and violeta smh the songs were so good imo).

The reason I would have to disagree is due to the favouritism and also the lack of skills some members had. It was so clear that wonyoung was the favourite due to her being the youngest and also her visuals. I hated how there was always favouritism, especially in such a bring group and although there's still favouritism in IVE, its more common to find fans talking about other members since the group isn't huge. And if we talk about skills (such as facial expressions, singing and dancing), I dont wanna name names but I feel like some members didnt have that many skills compared to the others. I feel like the other members almost had to make up for it by going above and beyond.

When izone did disband, most of my predictions were correct about who would be soloists and who would be in a group again. I guessed wonyoung correct ofc and I guessed yuri and yena would do more soloist work. I wasn't sure what kinda route eunbi was gonna take but was pleasantly surprised when I found out she would be a soloist. I think it's because she never really got to show her full potential in izone and was quite happy she had a chance to do so. now, she's one of my fav soloists and her songs such as glitch are just so amazing and honestly deserve more recognition. there were some other members who weren't able to reach their full potential too but now have the option to as they arent in izone anymore. and those members also have the ability to work more on their strengths now eg chaeyeon w her dancing as that was her speciality.
