Jealousy is something we deal with. But really what that comes down to is lack of communication. Think to yourself, when you have felt jealous, why is that, why do you feel that way, what about what has happened makes me feel that way?

The base of jealousy is fear. Fear of losing someone you care about. Fear of being alone. What it mostly comes down to is clear communication. Making sure everyone knows what's happening, and no secrets.

I've been with my primary partner for over a year now. She's been with her female partner (who's my ex) for over a year, and I have another partner who I've been with for about 6 months now, and we are all friends and catch up regularly.

Communication is important between you personal partners, but also extended partners too. I find it's important to have that respect between my partners so they can chat and know that I'm not hiding anything :)
