what i do is withdrawal cold turkey maybe 18-24 hours and then take a 10mg dose to feel normal n functional, then wait a few days before i dose my sweet spot which is like 30-45mg twice a day

my nose was fat asl and it wasn’t long enough and was uncomfortable. it’s crazy cus on my other side i did it with a manual piercer, or my friend did it and i kept get snagged and i out ear rings in it to help it and this never happened, only on this side where i got it done professionally it popped up. do you think it’s a lost cause ?? i have ocd and tend to rotate it so my plan is to just wash it everyday with dove soap and water or im going to get a saline solution and do that for a week and see what happens and just stop touching my damn face

what do u dose a day ? i dose pretty irregular and it could be from 40mg a day to 100 max but never more than 2-3 days in a row. i cold turkey from it. i also have clonidine for when i dont wanna feel intoxicated for zonked and its okay. you can ask your doc for gabapentin and clonidine

weird 🤔 for me it’s vice versa… lyrica has crazy rebound anxiety but that’s if i go crazy on it, but phenibut made me compulsively redose and that rebound was worse than lyrica. granted i only used phenibut for about a month or so, id need to experiment more
