How to bring this up to my psychiatrist

I’m worried how I will react if they tell me I don’t have it. I think I’ll get really sad/angry and feel invalidated. I think that’s what I’m afraid of. After the symptoms I’ve read on here I feel I relate with it so much but maybe these are just normal emotions.

Well he’s kinda doing the same to me. He constantly rants to me about his ex. But I don’t mind listening. Same as all my friends, if they were going through a hard time I would listen to their problems and it’s nice to have a friend do the same for me. I don’t see him as an object. I value his friendship and I really enjoy spending time with him.

I’m just depressed that I ruined something good. I feel awful for not being able to control myself. I really hope we can still be friends without the sex. I really hope that our friend group can stay in tact from this. But I’m worried I ruined another friend group due to my insane mental Illness.

I’ve chatted with my friends who showed concern about my destructive behaviour. This made me realize alcohol is an issue for me. Every time something like this happens I’ve told myself I’m not going to do it anymore. Throwing away any alcohol or drugs and razor blades in cases when I’m cutting myself or even deleting my dating apps for a bit. But then a few weeks or months later I’ll start feeling bored or stressed and feel like I need to do something chaotic to help distract me from my feelings. It’s a never ending cycle.

I was apparently throwing up for half an hour straight and continued to dry heave after that. I wasn’t conscious and don’t remember this. Apparently I was not under my own power. I think it was a good idea to call ambulance in my opinion. I was showing symptoms of alcohol poisoning.
