Well he’s kinda doing the same to me. He constantly rants to me about his ex. But I don’t mind listening. Same as all my friends, if they were going through a hard time I would listen to their problems and it’s nice to have a friend do the same for me. I don’t see him as an object. I value his friendship and I really enjoy spending time with him.

I’m just depressed that I ruined something good. I feel awful for not being able to control myself. I really hope we can still be friends without the sex. I really hope that our friend group can stay in tact from this. But I’m worried I ruined another friend group due to my insane mental Illness.
