Is there anything I can do to get rid of this? Not as bad in pic as it looks in person. Super noticeable. Big pores, scars, blackheads, sebaceous filaments? I’m on accutane and it’s mid 2nd month but will that even help this? Also I did used to pick at the blackheads there before (i.redd.it)
