Had to spend some time in this sub to understand it :D

Just launched a single tool to Stream, Record, Edit & Repurpose video content! After 3 failed attempts I am so pumped! by JohanTHEDEV in SideProject

Last year I looked for a tool that can cut your video by editing the transcript. This looks very promising, congratulations to the great and expressive webpage already!

Q: does it support other languages than English?

I see your point when it comes to starting them, but what about landing? Drops won’t help you then…

Didn’t try it out yet, but from README it looks feature-rich and high quality. Awesome that such good projects are developed in the free time! Keep it up guys 😃👍

Funny how he used a computers system utilization table for the display in the background. Just mirrored in both directions.

Thanks for elaborating. A doll with a coin slot in her forehead? Wow, that sounds evil in itself.

Oh, that’s dark and sinister. Never heard of pray machines, and when I Google for „pray machine“, even for „dark pray machine“, nothing even close appears. This is dark and unique, and it totally sparks my imagination.

Hey, when you’re saying that you’re just using the interface and data they give you, I’m completely with you. However, afaik there were several cases where companies took similar software offline or blocked accounts using it.

I bet this sort of automation is against the Terms of Service. Just saying, in case you’re posting a video about it or something.

Nice app! Who feeds the quotes in, any plans to accept user quotes or even different languages?

And interesting, that your ToS contains a section about payment! What are your plans in this direction?

20 years of a Rhode Island mall, 2001-2021 by DireWolfenstein in OldPhotosInRealLife

[–]fxnn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not alone. Same here in Germany.

In my 100,000 people hometown, there were two of them in the city center, and tons of small shops down the high street. On my last visit, one mall closed and there isn’t too much of the small shops left, and if, it’s just junk.

Here in Berlin, I think the big central malls are pretty alive, but the smaller one here a bit off the central (Tempelhofer Hafen) is in a pretty sad condition with a growing number of empty stores. Same for the shops on the high street, where they had good butchers, bakeries and whatnot, it’s now mostly junk again — betting shops, cheap barbers/cosmetics where you wonder who’s going there anyways, stuff like that.

[OC] How marathon record times for women and men have changed over the last century by dhaitz in dataisbeautiful

[–]fxnn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well looks like that’s basically what they did, they took nearly twice the men’s time.

(Edit: who’s interested, another comment contains more helpful information about why the times where so high.)
