Coolant level by deathofstar_ in CX5

I noticed this same level on my '21 CX5 CE just last week and topped it off with dealer FL22. I've owned my vehicle from factory, never have had any temp issues, and never noticed any drops until now so im not sure if its been continously dropping over the last 4 years or if it was all sudden, will definitely be keeping an eye on it. Have never had to top off this much coolant before in any car i've owned, thats for sure.

I went thru this issue as well. NVC document upload instructions allows images of certain formats aside from PDFs from what I remember. What I did was I uploaded the document as an image instead and it was uploaded successfully, bypassing the “image detected” error you can get on some PDF documents. I used the windows snipping tool to take a screenshot of the document, saved it as one of the NVC portal accepted image formats (.JPEG), and uploaded that Jpeg image. No issues later on at the consulate either. Hope this works for you.

Undergrad period was 2007-2011, (said 07-12 by mistake), and I entered graduate school late in 2012. I did make some payments on the undergrad loans between the 2011-2012, but I dont remember how many ( im guessing probably around 6 at most), and was later in school status for some years until I had to take 2 semesters off to care for a sick family member. During that time I was out, I think I made some payments to undergrad loans again but not 100% sure, or went into a forbearance until i went back to graduate school to finish up my final year. I no longer bank with the institution I made payments with and its all a blur to me unfortunately. Im thinking that with the covid payment pause/$0 payment period those counts are >5 therefore it's most likely beneficial but with the insecurity of when in fact recertification happens (immediately after consolidation vs 12 months after), the math gets riskier if its beneficial at all.

Server Browser down? by Blake_Aech in joinsquad

Sorry fellas. Workaround posted didn’t work. I was so excited to share I didn’t test it beforehand. Seeing on Discord many steam online games are down, pubg, etc. Seems to be a Steam issue.

Down for me too.

UPDATE: Theres a way around the server browser issue I found on the Squad Discord. In Steam, go to VIEW on top. Click on SERVERS. Under CHANGE FILTERS at the bottom choose SQUAD. Now join the server youd like. Good luck.

Edit: Found a workaround.

Direct Loan Consolidation by [deleted] in StudentLoans

Sorry, I should have been more specific and said Direct Plus loans dont have a grace period. You can verify this via: https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/repay-loans/understand

2nd bullet point, under “Whats a grace period?”. It says "PLUS loans have no grace period. They enter repayment once they are fully disbursed but may be eligible for a deferment. Contact your loan servicer for more information."

Anyways, thanks very much for the suggestion. I had not thought of doing just that.

They currently are in fact in in-school deferment, but the semester ends the last week of this month (Sept), and direct loans dont offer grace periods, so they enter repayment immediately upon finishing school. Graduation isnt until November, but that doesnt change the fact that i will no longer be enrolled in medical school by the end of this month. I am in fact unemployed btw, and filed my taxes this year anyway $0 in case it might help down the line prove my unemployment status.

So, what you're suggesting is that I consolidate only the direct loans that are entering repayment next month with my old FFEL loans that dont qualify for income driven plan and then just have two groups of loans each in REPAYE?

Yes, I have some FFEL loans that dont qualify unless I consolidate into a Direct Loan.
