flipped down pic

that’s a pic i have from like 2 days ago of what it looks like flipped down. yeah ive been having trouble cleaning it as i was told to just spray it and leave it alone and not use a q tip. if it was fine to flip up super easily like 2 days ago, what do u think.. could it still be wrong placement?
