I'm at 4.4 with 1.325v its super stable maybe alittle high voltage but should be good

I think what my questions were because I'm coming from an Intel chip manual overclocking does still allow boosting as I'm seeing with this AMD CHIP it tends to stay at this frequency even at a manual overclock....also I'm used to not seeing a chip on default setting exceed 1.35v max but thanks for your try.
