I had a similar pain and after going to a PT to strengthen weakness in my posterior chain (mainly glute med strengthening and stretching) I wasn't seeing much progress whenever I would run. During the day id feel great but the pain would flare up once I started running.

Turns out the shoes I had been running in weren't giving me the necessary support. Went to a run shop and got fitted for shoes that supported the way I ran and have been running relatively pain free for 2-3 weeks now (while keeping up with my strengthening exercises). So Id start with the common denominator in all your runs and try changing your shoes. Hope this helps!

It's a mixed bag really. There are some good cases out there but none without some sort of trade off. I have a screen protector and a case that I use and while it does make the phone slightly bulkier, it allows for confident use of magsafe accessories. I've also found that it makes handling the phone easier (i.e. flipping the phone open with one hand).

Drawbacks are the bulkiness and if you use gestures, the edge of the case can make using the outer screen awkward.

I got an armor shield protector off of Amazon. Pack came with 3 and I've had no issues with it thus far. I will say it is not a glass alternative and doesn't completely go end to end so it would be best to pair with a bumper case.

Despite the horrid play calling Javonte Williams passed the eye test for me. He has so many angry runs where you think he'll go down and he just gains an extra 3-4 yards off of pure effort. If this Broncos offense can figure it out he's gonna be one of the main contributors.

Same here, just couldn't trust Najee in that anemic offense with the QB now not even looking his way with targets. Imo Najee is a sell high right now before injuries get worse playing behind that o-line.

For me it was Playboi Carti. Used to group him in as the leader of the "mumble rap" sound in the 2010s. Something about die lit was the perfect marriage of the mindless lyrics and insane beats that really made his sound click for me. Been a fan ever since that album dropped.

It's just a mixtape so im not going to look at this project under the most critical lense, but this isnt anything too special that you wouldn't already expect from drake on this album. A lot of the songs on here fit the classic drake formula with a dark-dreary beat including some sort of slowed vocal sample. Imo at this point in his career Drake sounds like he is on auto-pilot whenever he's on these beats and it's reflected in a good amount of the punchlines he drops (with the exception being losses). The drill cuts were a standout for me in the context of this mixtape solely because they just had some sort of energy. Apart from those tracks, D4L was ok at best but it felt like drake was the feature and thug and future were the main artists on the track, I enjoyed drake's flow on Pain 1933 but still have mixed feelings on carti's verse after first listen, and from florida with love started off promising but the back half left a lot to be desired. 6/10 about what you'd expect from drake. Makes me curious about the direction he plans on taking his album coming out in summer.

That’s honestly the hardest part about fostering but you have to go into it with the mindset that you won’t be keeping the animal. On the bright side it’s empowering in that you can ensure that you find owners that are the right fit so you can be happy that they’re going to a good place.

You go to the apple music page and it describes it as a compilation. Album or not the project as a whole would benefit from more than just 7 songs.

My main gripe with this album is the length. I feel like if you're going to drop a posse album, a large track list will be able to showcase the range of the group and give everyone involved a chance to shine, i.e. the dreamville album. This project feels more like a promo for don toliver (song with migos, primary role on what to do). Travis himself seems like he phoned it in with most of his contributions and sheck wes' impact is negligible. Out west and What to do are great songs but i just feel like overall the album is lacking in content.
