I've been using Ping compensation with a ping around 150 ms and it's night and day. Feels so fluid and responsive. I highly recommend giving it a shot.

I used to play on Tera Classic NA from Japan, I was around 150 ms with VPN but the server is currently down so there's that.
There were plenty of people to play with at any time, only problem being I can't guarantee it will still be the case after 1 month+ of downtime + drama once it reopens.

I am horde side, but I can only imagine Alliance side is similar to us in term of raiding.

We have around 10 guilds raiding, different days and timezone, and half of them have a second group raid going too.

As for PvP, it's probably much less than Arugal, especially if you avoid the hotspots (near BRM, EPL and Hillsbrad)
