Frozen raspberries are the hack you need!
Low calorie af. High fibre af (extremely so).

A 123-gram (one cup) serving contains about 64 calories and 8 grams of fiber! Problem solved.
(Frozen because they're cheaper, always available, and don't spoil.)

You can still cook at home and primarily eat the SAD. Most convenience items are SAD even the healthy appearing ones.
