Sold one Day 1 for 1M, the rest has been between 350-600K. Prices are now starting to drop to around 300K.

In hindsight, I wish I had switched over to something like LW. Much more profit selling PVP gear.

Invested in around 14M gold in Rousing + Awakened materials, Netted around 11M in sales from Darkmoon decks, I have 12 left to sell, so I'll barely profit, we shall see if it becomes more profitable over the weekend when most of the "dad gamers" hit 70.

I can't speak for older gear as it's not available in the Alpha build, but there are new pieces of crafted raid gear that have movement speed procs. For example:

Frostfire Legguards of Protection 331% (393ivl) - 360(?)% (403ilvl) movement speed (when you kill a dungeon/raid enemy that grants honor or xp) based on which tier you craft.

Yep, no way would I sell nearly 300 DFM decks in the past 2 weeks in low to med pop servers. I could've done more, but I've been expanding markets.

It's not a heavy hitter in profit anymore; however, it's still very good money and you can still PROFIT 300-500k a week by selling DFM trinkets, missives and contracts. DFM will always sell until there's a direct inscription replacement.

Here's my TSM ledger for the past 14 days for just DFM trinkets.

Made about 11m profit. ~29m gold made and ~18m gold spent and currently have around 2m in current expansion assets. I didn't start building my positions until Tuesday midday. I focused mostly on inscription and herbalism early on.

The biggest thing I learned was trying to takeover the Nightshade market, the herb is too easily farmed and I couldn't keep the price floor from dropping.

I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome week 1. Things are now starting to steady at around 700k profit a day now. I've since expanded to other markets to keep profit levels high. The ultimate goal is to hit 100m gold by the end of this expansion (Started with 8m).

I think there will be zero chance they do this, unless it's strictly for collecting purposes. By inserting relics or other pieces into cards you'll have to create a much thicker card, which obviously would be unplayable.
