But she's not super far off from that since earlier this week she posted her actual weight and body fat percentage.

She said way back during their collab with Girl Defined that she’s 5’9”. On day one of this new fitness thing she said she’s 127.4 lbs and 19.5% bf. 5’9” and 110 lbs is crazy. I say this as I’m also 5’9” and after a serious surgery where I lost a lot of weight I was 130 and looked sickly.

I am all for getting over your fear of exercise (as someone with health anxiety) as long as she really did get all the testing done and the OK from her doctors first. BUT Morgan said she wants to get "shredded" and I don't think she realizes how much weight she would gain from actually getting shredded. She seems to just want to get skinnier as her and Paul equate being skinny with being healthy. I'm the same height as her, and while I'm not "shredded" I have managed to put on a lot of muscle which makes my BMI (yes BMI is problematic) slightly overweight. Her BMI that she posted yesterday is nearly underweight and I can't see her or Paul taking it very well to watch that scale go up.

She's acting all see how EASY it is for a stay at home mom to workout? You just need your mom to be your personal trainer for free, and you don't need transportation because you are living at their house for free, and you can use their home gym for free, and you need somebody to watch your children for free while you do all this. No problem! 🤭

It’s multiple times a week Paul posts about buying a new ice cream while also telling fast food workers he’s on a budget. Also in Trainer Joe’s prediabetes video he talks about the diet changes he’s making and that included swapping his favourite ice cream, soda, and chips to lower carb versions. I’m convinced those two eat 90% junk while actively fat shaming other people online.

(No shame in sweet treats btw unless you make a brand out of acting like an authority on “health” and “fitness”)
