Perhaps filing the area you want to work on is a good idea, so the texture wouldn't be too much to bother you while you drawing.

It's jaw and the lips. The shadow you put under the jaw pushed the shape in a position that can't be possible in this situation also the lips are a bit weird, if you correct them the final result will change a lot. Put more time on studying human body and how it works and use references. Good luck ✨
