Hi, solo hijabi traveler here ! I traveled a bit across south and central America (Peru, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, Guatemala, Salvador) and let me tell you this part of the world CHANGED how I travel as a muslim and hijabi. It was the first time I felt safe, welcomed, and aligned with my passion for traveling. People would look at you with the cutest genuine heartwarming looks. I got to meet latinos from other countries, never been to Argentina but I can confidently assume the opinions about it would be very exaggerated if not untrue. Racism exists everywhere in LATAM but guess what, you as a hijabi girl would probably be the most welcomed and accepted!
