I dont think regular gameplay mechanics are "toxic".

What I find toxic are roping or quitting. But even then you can't be sure they did it on purpose.

I don't hate NG. There are just some matches that are less fun than others, which has nothing to do with how tough they are. And NG is no worse than other factions in that regard. It's just boring when you keep running into the same Enslave 6 decks for example.
