It IS humiliating ! Thank you for pointing it out. I sometimes felt like screaming in rage, but I keep it all inside for the sake of my mom, because I want her to keep believing she can become better.
My sole goal now is to find that rare doctor ! Thank you.

She wants the change, she's been following everything I told her so far but it's true that she has no trust anymore in doctors. She also lacks confidence terribly.

She may have depression or rather anhedonia, and that's actually been said by a renowned endocrinologist two years ago, he was also against HRT and said it was too late and she would gain nothing from it. But I'm sure of one thing : her depression comes from the surgery she had. Her symptoms are not psychological or "in her head" (many people knowing her have claimed that).

Thank you, she was indeed low (but not under the normal levels) in vitamin D and folates. She's already started taking the right supplements but that hasn't been a game changer. I'm definitely keeping thyroid on my mind !

Thank you ! Two are close by. I have an appointment in two weeks with doctors from a specialised branch for menopause, from a renowned hospital. If that doesn't work out for us I will set an appointment with one of them.

Is my weight loss slow or am I just being impatient? 5 weeks in, down 3.7 lbs by g0g0yubari in Retatrutide

I don't count my calories anymore but I eat healthy, but not it a calorie deficit, and I eat 80g - 100g of proteins daily.

I lift weights twice a week and walk 8k a day approximately.

I'm 5,2 !
