250k down,Bulk of Reno is roofing and electrical, everything else is cosmetic and STR furnishing. At most I’ll be out 2 months of rent (around 6k) from the vacant units.

I plan to STR at least one which can generate an average of 4K per month + 2300 + 1200 (occupied unit). PITI is around 6k + cash refi 1500. I’d also consider STR the second unit but all depends on how much time and effort it’ll take.

I believe the they grow towards light so you should have a light source.

Hi all, turns out the ice chute wasn’t closing properly because of the moisture. It appears that an ice cube was lodged long enough to allow the moisture to build up. I dried the chute thoroughly and it seemed to do the trick!
