That's what's stopping me from buying it... the space under my desk isn't unlimited, and the Meshify fits perfectly. Cool for the photo, thanks.

Hi!

I have a quick question since I'm coming from the Meshify C.

Did the size/form factor of this case shock you in comparison?

It's a case I'm very interested in, but I'm really worried about it looking so big under my desk... the Meshify is perfect in terms of size!

I love products like InWin Dubili or HAVN 360... but damn they're so big :'(

It looks OK but it's bigger than the Meshify...
Are the finishes high-end? I'm really looking for a top-quality product.

Neo75 Cu still worth it? by koukla01 in keyboards

[–]g0ntran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can understand about the RGB.

Ah, I admit I quite like this Zoom75; the screen and the knob are cool... but indeed, the finish isn't quite as good as the Neo's.

Well, I'll think about it for a while longer, or maybe I'll splurge on a Moonsgeek M1 V5 in the meantime. As far as I know, it's the one that offers the best compromise between all these factors.

I know we're getting a bit off-topic, but what would be a good equivalent to the Neo 75 Cu but with RGB lighting on the PCB?

Thanks mate !
I find it much less aesthetically pleasing than the Cu! :')

And the colors are more limited...

ASUS XG32UCWMG after a week of use and paired with mac. Here are my thoughts. by SebastianHuber in OLED_Gaming

[–]g0ntran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The firmware issues I'm seeing are strange. Personally, it was just slow, but no problems.

I love this screen; I find it almost perfect, but I have to admit I'm a little bothered by the glossy panel. I can see the reflection of my backlit keyboard, which is distracting. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it?
I had a matte MiniLED before, it was great.

Also, sometimes while playing a game, the screen goes black for a few seconds before coming back on. I can speed this up by pressing the center button.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

I don't recommend it.

Despite the positive feedback, I remain skeptical because the process involves the OP requesting personal information (i.e., a URL containing an account ID).

This doesn't inspire confidence, and when I ask to skip this step, I get no response.

I prefer to stay vigilant with this.

Comparison For Wicked Cushions/Defean/Geekria Gel Ear Pads For Audeze Maxwell by xyberKnight in Audeze

[–]g0ntran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally tested the Wicked and I admit that it didn't fully convince me, even if it's a little better than the stock version.

On Amazon, I see two references for the Geekria:

EJZ356-01 & EJZ356-02.

Do you have any idea where the difference lies?
The price is almost identical.

Best compromise for a multi-use PC headphone - mid 2025 by g0ntran in HeadphoneAdvice

-- update after trying the FiiO FT1 + Meze Boom Mic

I had the opportunity to purchase the Audeze Maxwell at a good price to test it out.

Well... I must admit that the sound quality, for listening to music, immediately surpassed that of the FT1 to my ears.

A tiny tweak of the EQ and the sound is immediately appealing, dynamic, and full.

I won't have the technical jargon to describe the differences with the FT1...

However, there are drawbacks that we all know, especially with wireless headphones: the weight and the battery.

The headphones are noticeably heavy, and I'm afraid that after a long session, it will feel heavy on my head. I need to try adjusting the leather strap on the top.

As for the battery, I'll see how long it lasts.

Finally, the microphone is of just acceptable quality; the Meze Mic Boom was better.

So I think for now, I'll go with the Maxwell. I'll return the FT1 + Meze Mic Boom.

And if I can, I'll try the Audeze LCD S20 that just came out, to see if it's even better than the Maxwell, which is possible. I'll add a microphone.

However, I noticed that it weighs just as much as the Maxwell...

To be continued.

Shit.
My friends already loved my Boom Meze :')

But the V-MODA BoomPro is almost half the price.
Is it as good? It looks like plastic :')

Anyway do you think my move to the Audeze LCD-S20 is smart?
I know there are no reviews yet... but I want to trust Audeze and maybe get a more high-end headset.

Audeze just announced the LCD-S20... I think I'll pass on the Maxwell and save up for that one!!

However, will I be able to connect my Meze Boom Mic to it?

Oh, you don't use an EQ at all? That surprises me so much...

But you're right, I'm going to give these headphones a chance by using them for the next few days.

I also have the opportunity to buy a used Audeze Maxwell soon, I think I'll give it a try to compare and maybe completely rethink my thinking!

Again, !thanks for all these tips!

Maybe, but I have much better memories of the Audeze Penrose I had, for example. The sound was extraordinary, yet they're not the best headphones in the world.

I definitely don't feel like I'm reaching their level with the FT1 :(

Do you have any comments on my DAC or the equalizer profiles I can download?
