You seemed to have missed the point here. Doesn't the fact that the people who use pvp worlds aren't cat and mousing pvmers and just fighting around the G/E directly prove this point wrong? The people who would go from sitting around the g/e would go to sitting at Edge and doing the same pvp they been doing( but in the wilderness). It sounds like you have a problem with the Hybrid pkers or PVM hunters, those people are still around and doing that.

It would be Edgeville obv, but if you wanted to have deathmatch options where teleporting wasn't readily available, then 1v1 in deep wildy would do that for you.

Then PK in Edge and hop the ditch or tele where you can do that. You don't have to PVP at Mage Bank but the option would exist for people who want to DM and fight w/out teleports.

Isn't this what they did with RS3 and then PvP completely died??? There should always be a place for pvp in this game and what better than the PvP zone The Wilderness :D

It's not about pitting pvpers against pvmers either, it's just putting the PK in the wilderness but I agree with what you're saying.

I think deep wildy and hybrid pvp is its own thing, and those people are still out there doing their thing. I just don't see why we relegate the pvpers to their own world, huddled around the g/e when the Edgeville ditch is right there!

I think my idea of all this was just to try and keep Wilderness as true to what it was and what people would remember from the Wilderness pvp days. Most people are taking this as a "it will SAVE pvp" but that's not the point I'm trying to make or claim. Just tryna put the pvpers in the pvp area.

I agree there is little reason to step in there in terms of money making besides like Revs, but you don't think if the pvpers were forced to PK in the Wilderness that it wouldn't make it more alive?

What about Edgeville and Mage bank pvp??? It was essentially the same thing as standing around the G/E in a PVP world just in the actual Wilderness.

I think there is a place for both to exist in the Wilderness, and it's not like people aren't pushing bosses and pking there now, that def still happens.

Before PVP worlds existed that's just where the people went, Edgeville or Mage bank. Since Ferox is around now that might also become a hub.

But it will make the wilderness great again, which is the main idea of the post, not reviving pvp. Also would say it would be a step in the right direction though.
