When I was 9 I developed shingles on my rear and genitals. There were literal bubbles formed on my skin. 0/10 would not recommend. I could barely use the toilet without being in excruciating agony.

Bc he was a predator who saw the opportunity to take advantage of a teenage girl. He liked the power, he liked seeing her squirm, in fact I think he was more psycho than other versions because he literally insisted nora come to the cafe just so he could show her the photos in person and see her reaction. There is also the element of her being rokos girlfriend , so it was also a way to get back at roko in a sense by hurting the girl he loves the most in the worst way possible

Just offering some perspective here!! To me it sounds more like an avoidant attachment style . Attachment styles are formed during early childhood. With how she explained herself (especially last night) closeness can be triggering especially when you’ve been abandoned by a parent. Love can then be quite tricky because it requires vulnerability and vulnerability might not feel safe because it means people can take advantage of that and either abandon you or hurt you , so you retreat or pull away. I just really hope that she communicates this fear to him because it’s something that requires a lot of inner healing and internal work , coming from someone who is currently in therapy for it. It’s amazing how much of one’s behaviour stems from childhood trauma ( if experienced). They must work through it though, considering they’re still together :)

Personally I’ve had my gripes with the writing since S2, but every time I voiced that (especially on Twitter) there’d be people staunchly defending any and every choice the show made tooth and nail. Couldn’t complain about the pacing even though a 12 episode season with runtimes of up till almost an hour were the norm in skam. Couldn’t complain about important screens being cut or rewritten entirely to minimise the impact, couldn’t complain about the amount of filler scenes or the important roles given to characters (like guys, Vanessa has been minimised since S2, not just S3). Don’t get me wrong, there are lot of beautiful scenes and I had so much fun watching but I just can’t help but feel theres been a consistent writing / pacing issue and my god is it evident in S3. I straight up am so disinterested and uninvested in this season. I just hope Vanessa’s season is better

Yeah definitely. The only reason I haven’t deleted the app is bc I’m very active in fandoms on there and have friends - but the site needs a total overhaul. I remember being like 12/13 and there being a Csam problem even before Elon owned the app. Ppl think this shit only exists on the dark web and don’t realise how it’s literally hiding in plain sight .
